Using Popsicle Maker

• 150 ml of milk
• 3 table spoons of plain yogurt
• 3 table spoons of honey
• 100 ml of PEI Juice Works Wild Blueberry Juice
• 1/2 tea spoon of dried lavender tea buds

Using Paper Cups and Popsicle Sticks

• 200 ml of milk
• 5 table spoons of plain yogurt
• 5 table spoons of honey
• 100 ml of PEI Juice Works Wild Blueberry Juice
• 1 tea spoon of dried lavender tea buds
• 2 table spoons of frozen wild blueberries

Mix ingredients and pour into popsicle containers. Freeze overnight.
